Terms of Use

When you access or use WHOHOW’s application, you accept that regardless of access method and user type, you consent to WHOHOW’s Terms of Use and policy on the protection of personal data.

The service is owned and controlled by WHOHOW ApS.

WHOHOW’s Terms of Use affect your legal rights and obligations. Acceptance of these Terms of Use is a requirement to be able to access the service. There may be situations where we offer special features with associated independent terms and conditions that apply in addition to these Terms of Use. To the extent that the terms and conditions of such a special function conflict with these Terms of Use – different terms and conditions will apply.

 

Basic terms

1. In order to use the service, you must create/verify yourself with your google mail, your facebook account or via AppleId. Therefore, you need to accept that WHOHOW is given access to some of your personal data on Google mail, so that further information can be sent to you as a user, if necessary.

2. You are responsible for all activity on your account, and you agree that you will keep your username and password confidential at all times and that you will not assign your account, your username or your account rights. You also warrant that all the information you provide at any time or have provided to WHOHOW when you registered – is correct and that you will at all times keep your information current and up-to-date.

If you suspect that someone has gained unauthorized access to your account and is misusing your profile and data, please contact support@who-how.com immediately.

3. You accept that you will not seek out, collect, or use login information belonging to other users.

4. You must not insult, stalk, harass, abuse, impersonate, or intimidate any person or entity.

5. You must not use the Service for illegal or unauthorized purposes. You agree to comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations (eg international, European, state, national and local recognized regulations) applicable to your use of the Service (as defined below), including, but not limited to, copyright laws , intellectual property law, personal data law, criminal law and rules according to food legislation.

 6. You may not access WHOHOW’s private API using methods other than those permitted by WHOHOW’s. Use of WHOHOW’s API is subject to a separate set of terms which can be read below. 

7. WHOHOW reserves the right to close, block or monitor an account or content if these terms of use are violated, at WHOHOW’s reasonable discretion.

 8. You may not interfere with the actual Service, servers or networks used by the Service, including through the transmission of worms, viruses, spyware, malware or other harmful or disruptive code. You may not insert content, actual code, modify or interfere with the rendering or display of WHOHOW’s application.

9. You may not attempt to prevent others from using or benefiting from the Service, and you may not encourage or facilitate the violation of these Terms of Use or any other Terms of Service.

 10. In the event of a violation of these Terms of Use or WHOHOW’s other terms, WHOHOW has the right – at it’s own discretion – to close your user account on the WHOHOW app. If you violate these Terms of Use or their intent, or expose WHOHOW to risk or potential legal exposure, WHOHOW may prevent you from using all or a part of the Service.

 11. You agree that WHOHOW may contact you, without further consent, regarding, but not limited to promotion about the platform’s products, and offers within the App.

12. You agree that you are responsible for paying all data charges according to your use of the Service. 

 

General terms and conditions

WHOHOW reserves the right to remove any content from the service for any reason and without prior notice. Content removed from the Service may continue to be stored by WHOHOW and it’s providers. These situations are described in more detail in WHOHOW’s policy on the protection of personal data.

WHOHOW reserves the right to change or close the service or your access to the service at any time for any reason and without prior notice and liability to you if WHOHOW deems this necessary. If WHOHOW closes your access to the Service or disables your account – you will no longer have access to any data through your account.

In the event of termination, all usage rights and other rights granted to you under these Terms of Use will immediately cease. In the event of additional purchases via the service, WHOHOW will automatically terminate your subscriptions etc. from the day your account is closed. You will thus be able to be invoiced for a period after your account has been closed.

WHOHOW reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to make ongoing changes to these terms of use (“updated terms”). WHOHOW reserves the right to make changes or updates to this Terms of Use policy from time to time. WHOHOW therefore encourages you to review the policy regularly. WHOHOW will notify you of any changes or updates, as the circumstances deem these to be material. By your continued use of WHOHOW and its Service, following changes to the Terms of Use Policy, you accept those changes.

 You agree that WHOHOW has the right to notify you of updated Terms by posting them on the Service, and if you use the Service after the effective date of the updated Terms, you accept that the updated Terms applies. Any disputes that may arise prior to the effective date of the updated terms are governed by these Terms of Use.

 The Service includes content that is owned by WHOHOW or that WHOHOW has a right to use (“WHOHOW content”). WHOHOW’s content is protected by laws on copyright, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, etc., and WHOHOW owns the independent content of the platform, as well as all associated rights of the service. You may not remove, alter or obscure any copyright notices, trademarks, service marks or other proprietary rights notices in or in connection with the Content, and you may not reproduce, modify, adapt, perform, display, publish, distribute, transmit, broadcast, sell, license or otherwise exploit or create derivative works of WHOHOW’s content.

The name and logo, WHOHOW, are trademarks of WHOHOW and may not be copied, imitated, or used completely or partly, without WHOHOW’s prior written permission, except in accordance with our brand guidelines, which are also set forth in this policy. Furthermore, all page headers, custom graphics, button icons and scripts are service marks, trademarks and/or trademarks of WHOHOW and may not be copied, imitated, or used completely or partly without WHOHOW’s prior written permission.

 It is WHOHOW’s intention that the service should be available as much as possible. However, there will be situations where service may be interrupted, including but not limited to scheduled maintenance or upgrades, updates, emergency repairs, or due to failure of telecommunications lines and/or equipment.

WHOHOW is not a backup service and you agree that you may not use the service for backup purposes. WHOHOW is not responsible for any change, suspension, or interruption of the service or for lost content. You agree that the Internet is at risk of security breaches and that content or other information transmitted or stored on the Service may not be secure.

 

Account Deletion

If you no longer wish to be a user of WHOHOW’s application or website, you should contact us at support@who-how.com.
